ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead electric distribution design programs for utility clients. You will drive program delivery, partner with stakeholders, and steer teams of designers, engineers, and leads to ensure high-quality, on-time results.

In this role, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across a pipeline of work, mentor junior staff, and help grow key client accounts while complying with industry standards and regulatory

Qualificações

• Experience leading distribution design programs or utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget in a program setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of electric distribution design projects and programs.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain trusted relationships.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and technical leads to set priorities.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting and change management.
• Ensure work meets industry standards, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Support permitting and third-party coordination as needed.
• Provide construction support and resolve design issues during build.
• For Senior PMs: mentor PMs and shape program strategy.
