Job summary

Earth Advantage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily green building certification projects, coordinating with designers, engineers, and verification teams. You will manage schedules, documentation, and client communications to deliver successful certifications.

The role offers hybrid work in the Portland area with opportunities to engage with affordable housing partners and industry stakeholders across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing multifamily construction, sustainability, or related fields.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects.
• Willingness to travel periodically throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary PM and client contact for multifamily certification projects.
• Develop schedules, milestones, deliverables, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate certification services with funding, tax credits, or verification requirements.
• Collaborate with energy modeling and field verification staff to ensure milestones are met.
