Job summary

New Ecology, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager in its Boston office to lead high-performance green building projects from pre-design through construction and operations optimization.

You will work with property owners and real estate teams to improve energy performance, occupant health and resiliency. The role requires strong building science knowledge, LEED and Passive House accreditation, and experience certifying projects.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of building systems and operations.
• Experience managing Green Building projects and certifications.
• Strong client communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead green building projects from pre-design through construction to operations optimization.
• Coordinate with owners, development teams, and staff; manage schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinate with Directors for business development and client deliverables.
