This hybrid/on-site role requires strong leadership, OSHA and permitting knowledge, and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, Oregon permitting, and construction inspections.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in project management software and Gantt charts.
• Ability to respond to work-related communications within one business day.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive project plan covering scope, schedule, and budget within the first week of each new project.
• Lead project kickoff meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand project goals and expectations.
• Create and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts, from acquisition through handover.
• Align project growth with staffing and adjust team capacity with the CEO as needed.
• Manage project budgets to maintain cost control and profitability across the portfolio.
• Obtain three bids per line item and prepare construction loan budgets once plans are submitted for permits.
• Review and approve expenses, invoices, and cost estimates by the first of each month.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for every active project.
