Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee staffing for long-term projects and monitor financial, maintenance, and technical activities. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, managing project plans, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple engagements.

The ideal candidate will hold a PMP and a Bachelor's degree with several years of project management experience, with strong communication and planning skills. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience or equivalent.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between project contacts, technicians and vendors.
• Manage project implementations.
• Collaborates with WWTS internal team on project solutions process.
• Executes project plan and revises as appropriate to meet client expectations.
• Facilitates project communications to internal and external partners.
• Coordinate new staffing projects.
• Resolve and/or upscale issues in a timely fashion.
• Participates in project review meetings.
• Work closely with finance to provide cost and revenue information for projects.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasting reports.
• Prepare monthly spreadsheets for billing of services to external candidates.
• Manage expectations with regards to client and internal deliverables.
• Manage all aspects of project lifecycle delivery from initiation through close-out and transition.
• Effectively collaborates with key individuals and executives.
• Travel up to 25%.
