World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager to drive outcomes across complex, multi-workstream technology programs. You will lead governance, risk, and cross-functional teams while partnering with executives to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Sr. Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for driving successful outcomes across complex customer environments and large-scale technology programs.

This role is not a traditional PMO position.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of owning delivery outcomes, managing executive stakeholder relationships, establishing governance, mitigating risk, and ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex enterprise transformation initiatives

Program & Delivery Oversight

• Establish governance, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.
• Lead large, cross-functional teams across engineering, delivery, supply chain, and consulting organizations.
• Manage complex risks, dependencies, escalations, and critical issues.
• Drive accountability for schedule, budget, scope, and customer outcomes.

Commercial & Growth Enablement

• Partner with Client Directors, Account Managers, and Sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional delivery services.
• Support solution development, program planning, and delivery strategy.
• Participate in client workshops, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Contribute delivery expertise during opportunity shaping and pursuit activities.
• Own revenue, margin, forecasting, and financial health of assigned programs.
• Manage Statements of Work, change controls, project forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Balance customer expectations with delivery profitability and operational excellence.
• Drive predictable execution and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor high-performing technical delivery teams.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop delivery talent and build strong delivery culture.
• Champion WWT's leadership principles and core values.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience
• 5+ years leading large-scale customer-facing programs
• Experience managing executive customer relationships
• Strong governance, risk management, and escalation leadership experience
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated financial accountability and commercial awareness
• Experience operating within highly matrixed environments
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills

• Professional services or consulting background
• Experience leading multi-vendor technology programs
• Experience facilitating executive steering committees and governance boards
• Healthcare or Life Sciences experience

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $200,000.00 to $220,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
