Job summary

Panopto, a leader in learning technology, is seeking a skilled Product Operations professional to drive end‑to‑end delivery for multi‑team SaaS initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful releases and GTM readiness.

You will translate blockers into actionable updates for executive leadership, build scalable processes, and leverage AI tools to streamline delivery. This role is remote‑first with national scope in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience coordinating delivery with software engineering teams and go‑to‑market activities.
• Proven experience driving delivery for complex SaaS architectures and multi‑team releases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end plan for assigned initiatives — scope, sequence, dependencies, milestones, and readiness criteria from commitment through release.
• Break large initiatives into discrete workstreams with clear owners and keep the group aligned as priorities evolve.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to track delivery against commitments and surface risks.
• Facilitate dependency reviews, cross‑team planning, and release readiness sessions to drive decisions.
• Translate technical blockers and trade‑offs into clear updates for Product leadership and commercial stakeholders.
• Coordinate GTM readiness with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success to ensure enablement lands with the release.
• Manage release communications, including release notes, internally and with customers.
• Build templates, checklists, and repeatable processes to simplify future releases — leverage AI tooling to reduce manual overhead.
