Job summary

Landscape Forms is seeking an Installation Project Manager (Installation & Service Leader) to drive installation projects from planning through closeout in our Grand Rapids, MI operations.

You will own schedules, budgets, field resources, and subcontractors, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time installations that meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Significant project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field teams.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from planning through closeout.
• Own schedules, budgets, installation resources, and execution.
• Coordinate field activities with subcontractors and crews.
• Review blueprints and specs to understand scope and risks.
• Attend meetings with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer experience.
• Provide updates to leadership and partners.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
