Job summary

Walbridge is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale equipment installations for industrial clients across automotive, metals and power sectors in the United States. You will oversee self-perform projects from contract award through close-out, develop strategies, and manage multi-million budgets.

The role requires a strong leader who can build delivery teams, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure safety compliance, and travel frequently (70%+).

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing process equipment installation experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience specific to equipment installation.
• Experience managing self-perform industrial projects ranging from at least $1MM.
• Experience leading project teams from contract award to project close-out.
• A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope changes, schedule, procurement, construction oversight, safety, and progress monitoring.
• Performance Monitoring: Track progress with metrics and adjust plans.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead crews and subcontractors for planning, scheduling, logistics, and engineering.
• Collaboration & Communication: Primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
