Job summary

Pipp Mobile | IRSG, a leader in customizable storage solutions, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive large, complex installation programs across domestic and international sites. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in managing complex projects across technical or operational domains.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, field installation teams, and cross-functional project teams.
• Willingness and desire to travel frequently domestically and internationally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing complex domestic and international installation projects from project initiation through final completion and customer sign-off.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, program managers, project managers, sales, engineering, operations, and field installation teams.
• Developing strong customer relationships while ensuring expectations, project objectives, schedules, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
• Verifying compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, company policies, and all applicable safety standards.
• Creating and maintaining installation schedules that align customer requirements with available internal and external resources.
• Driving a culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout all installation activities.
• Identifying, evaluating, qualifying, and managing third-party installation partners, establishing performance expectations related to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.
• Providing leadership and direction for strategic customer projects, key enterprise accounts, as well as large-scale non-standard installations.
• Contributing to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.
• Maintaining professionalism in all verbal and written communications.

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex installation projects across multiple customer segments, including strategic accounts and large-scale, non-standard deployments.

Key responsibilities include:
