Jobot in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a general contractor, focusing on commercial TI and life sciences projects.

You will lead project teams, oversee pricing, scheduling, procurement, and client/subcontractor relationships to deliver work typically under $50M. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience with a GC, strong communication, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience at a general contractor.
• Extensive experience with commercial TI, life science, biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong communication skills while being a go-getter/driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software (Procore), Estimating Software (Bluebeam), and Scheduling Software (MS Project).
• Prefer experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Employment longevity/stability.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage/lead project teams.
• Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments.
• Develop site logistics plans and create detailed schedules in conjunction with Superintendents.
• Establish/maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships.
• Oversee procurement, cost, and change management.
• Lead weekly project meetings with client and subs.
• Manage punch list and oversee project closeout.
• Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections, and reporting.
• Project focus is work under $50M each.
