Leoforce in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead complex tenant improvement and life sciences projects. You will manage project teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and oversee scheduling, cost control, and procurement.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial construction with a GC, strong communication, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office. A bachelor’s in engineering/construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
• 7+ years leading project teams as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience with tenant improvements in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare is highly valued.
• Strong communication, estimating, and scheduling skills; proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage project teams and lead weekly meetings with client and subs.
• Oversee pricing, value engineering, and site selection investigations.
• Develop site logistics plans and detailed project schedules.
• Serve as the client primary point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and change management.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, and AR reporting.
