Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, or similar building types.
• Full ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or phases depending on size.
• Strong understanding of cost control, change orders, and project financials.
