Edgewater Technical Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the engineering, design, and construction of a new fuel fabrication facility. Location options include Oak Ridge, TN; Johnson City, TN; or Aiken, SC.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning through turnover, directing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The role requires 10+ years of experience in complex projects, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage EPC deliveries with

• 10+ years of experience managing complex engineering and construction projects.
• Significant leadership responsibility on large capital projects.
• Experience overseeing EPC projects with budget, schedule, scope control.
• Experience with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for high-hazard facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the execution of a large-scale, new-build fuel fabrication facility.
• Manage all project phases from planning through turnover.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to meet specs and regulatory requirements.
• Direct construction execution and contractor oversight.
• Develop budgets, master schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Oversee project controls, including cost forecasting, schedule performance, risk management, and changes.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with NRC regulations.
• Coordinate licensing, regulatory, and QA teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout execution.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Lead completion activities including turnover and commissioning readiness.
