You will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through turnover, directing EPC contractors and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong background in nuclear facilities and complex project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years leading engineering/construction projects.
• Experience with nuclear or highly regulated facilities.
• Strong EPC delivery and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of a large-scale fuel fabrication facility project.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Manage budgets, master schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Ensure regulatory and NRC compliance throughout execution.
• Coordinate with licensing, regulatory, and QA teams on requirements.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
