Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks a Senior Project Manager with 20+ years of progressive leadership in capital projects, including nuclear/high-hazard environments. You will steer $200–$300M programs through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.

You will develop baselines, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and contractors, and ensure QA/QC and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive project management experience in capital projects.
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $200–$300M.
• Experience in nuclear/high-hazard environments and safety
• Knowledge of project controls, EVM, and earned value management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for complex capital projects valued at $200–$300M.
• Manage full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Develop baselines for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including contractors and internal functions.
• Ensure QA/QC, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and forecasts to senior management.
