Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead growth of our Florida practice.

This role provides direction and leadership to the Florida-based transportation team and partners with the Director of Projects to achieve performance metrics for quality delivery, profitability, and growth. The position includes growing and mentoring the local practice, developing client marketing plans, pursuing opportunities, and coordinating resources across the firm to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• 10–15 years of related experience in roadway design and project management.
• Experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
• Excellent oral, written, and graphical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the Florida business plan and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Projects, CSLs, and Marketing on client plans and proposals.
• Perform core project management functions: schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.
• Develop conceptual design solutions and collaborate with discipline leaders.
