Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget while protecting cash flow. This customer-facing role emphasizes safety, quality, and service excellence on fire alarm, DAS, sound masking and intercom systems.

PMP and Edwards product knowledge are desired. You will lead diverse project teams, translate client requirements into concrete plans, and coordinate procurement to meet milestones and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, and/or electronic security).
• Proactive initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
• Effectively communicate requirements to the project team and maintain records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely completion within budget.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and supervise related activities.
