Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our on-site team in Westerville, OH. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maximizing customer satisfaction and safety.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and collaboration with a cross-functional team. Experience with fire alarm systems, DAS, and life-safety technologies is preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5-7 years project management.
• Certifications: PMI; licensure or industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Effectively communicate requirements to project team and maintain records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely completion.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• May oversee subcontractor selection and limited managerial responsibilities.
