Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in financial services or consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Knowledge of trading workflows, operations, tech, and financial products.
• Experience with PM tools and standard delivery methodologies.
• Preference for Private Credit, Loans, or CLOs expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project pipeline between Operations & Middle Office and Technology from initiation to implementation.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects tied to operational workflows.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and build detailed work plans.
• Identify risks and issues early and propose solutions to stay on track.
• Provide regular status reporting on deliverables, timelines and risks.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation across workstreams.
• Create presentations for senior management with insights and recommendations.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.
