North Point Technology seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end federal website modernization programs, owning schedule, scope, risk, and quality from discovery through production go-live and into sustainment. You will coordinate client interfaces, drive fixed go-live dates, and oversee technical staff and subcontractors across cloud-hosted enterprise web platforms.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years hands-on IT project management experience overseeing website development projects.
• Ability to plan and execute to a defined plan, managing schedule, scope, and risk on technically complex, deadline-driven efforts.
• Strong strategic thinking, multitasking, conflict management, and time management.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write) with experience briefing senior leaders.
• Ability to lead technical delivery teams and subcontractors to milestones and quality standards.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust / suitability).

Responsabilidades

• Own the master schedule, critical path, staffing assumptions, and dependencies; drive on-time delivery against fixed go-live dates.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder interface; maintain a collaborative working relationship.
• Deliver and maintain the project plan and a comprehensive timeline.
• Produce weekly status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming work, risks and issues; client decisions.
• Lead discovery, design, build, content migration, testing, and controlled production cutover.
• Coordinate RMF/ATO activities with client security personnel.
• Oversee accessibility verification and remediation per Section 508, WCAG, and 21st Century IDEA.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor performance, including cloud and web delivery partners.
• Oversee operations, SLAs, security monitoring, and documentation for sustainment.
• Manage scope, risk, quality, and staffing across the period of performance.
