Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC in Reston, Virginia, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility federal mission modernization program. You will oversee two concurrent tracks: platform modernization and legacy sustainment, coordinating 30–36 professionals and delivering through multiple government-approved phases.

The role requires a deep background in managing federal IT programs, strong communication with government leaders, and experience with milestone-based delivery and DoD RMF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of professional experience, including federal IT program management.
• Experience leading a contract or system transition as the incoming Program Manager.
• Experience with milestone-based or fixed-price delivery structures with government acceptance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including staffing partners or subcontractors.
• Strong communication with government executives and company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30–36 engineers, security professionals, and delivery leads across platform modernization and legacy sustainment.
• Own the integrated master schedule, risks, issues, and weekly reporting to government dependencies.
• Manage program performance across delivery, cost, schedule, staffing, and customer commitments.
• Oversee milestone payments, invoices, and acceptance criteria with the customer.
