Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to work with clients and cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver projects. You will plan, schedule, manage resources and budgets, monitor performance, coordinate stakeholders, resolve issues, and apply solid project management practices throughout the life cycle.

The role may support small to mid-sized projects or complex, multi-phase initiatives, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• 8+ years of project management experience including coordination and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities with strong communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope and quality.
• Plan and manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and milestones from start to close.
• Track health, deadlines, and resources; prepare status reports and client deliverables.
• Identify risks and lead resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors; lead project meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide day-to-day direction to team members.
• Apply project management templates and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Identify growth opportunities with current and prospective clients and communicate them to leadership.
