Job summary

Management Solutions LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and deliver client initiatives. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, finance, HR and contracts, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable results.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business or engineering, 8+ years PM experience, and an active TS or DOE Q clearance. Travel up to 20% and a hybrid work model are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in project management.
• Active TS or DOE Q security clearance (or eligibility).
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope and quality.
• Plan and manage scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Track project health, deadlines, and resource needs; prepare status reports and client deliverables.
• Identify issues and risks early; lead resolution across teams with actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors and team members; lead project meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide day-to-day direction to team members.
• Apply sound project management practices and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Identify growth opportunities with current and prospective clients.
