Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a Project Manager for the Fort Stewart BASOPS project, responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and management of the contract. With full authority to act for Aleut Logistics Services, you will oversee operations, facility maintenance, roads & grounds upkeep, and management of resources to meet contract requirements.

The role reports to the Managing Director, Mission Services and requires coordinating with the Government Customer, managing budgets,

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• Bachelor of Science in Facility Management, or two of the following certifications: FMP, CFM, SFM, Facilities Management Certificate.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME on the PWS ensuring project meets scope, schedule and cost.
• Establishes policies for performance and control of program management functions.
• Ensures quality standards are applied and measured for effectiveness.
• Monitors performance of personnel and prep of required reports and CDRLs.
• Liaises between Aleut and Government Customer.
• Directs and approves budgets and monitors costs; takes corrective action.
