Senior Base Operations Project Manager

Job summary

Ahtna seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Fort Leonard Wood BASOPS operations. The PM will oversee contract performance, interface with Government representatives, and ensure safe, compliant, uninterrupted service across multiple facilities and functions.

The role requires leadership of a multidisciplinary team, management of schedules and costs, and effective use of CMMS and related systems to deliver high-quality facilities support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Five (5) years experience in base support management or similar contract.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain Tier 1 background investigation and CAC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of contract performance and on-site operations.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for Government and stakeholders.
• Direct staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce continuity.
• Oversee CMMS, GFEBS, and ArMA for work orders, scheduling, and reporting.
• Prepare reports and attend Government meetings as required.
