Job summary

Sierra7, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to drive federal IT initiatives for civilian agencies. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage FFP contracts, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.

Reporting to Arlington, VA, this role blends Agile, hybrid, and iterative delivery to meet tight performance standards. Active Secret Clearance and PMP certification are required; DHS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and PMP preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance required for federal work.
• 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in Federal IT programs.
• Proven ability to manage FFP contracts and performance-based requirements.
• Experience coordinating classified and unclassified meetings and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver federal IT initiatives using Agile, hybrid methods.
• Manage FFP contracts and performance-based requirements with compliance.
• Engage DHS or other federal civilian agencies to align expectations and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and deliverables for secure operations.
• Oversee Drupal/content-management platforms and enterprise collaboration environments.
• Track performance and report risks; drive ITIL/Scrum/SAFe-based improvements.
