Job summary
Northeastern University in Boston seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide large, cross-organizational projects within a federally funded portfolio. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years leading complex projects.
- Experience in defense, government, or federal environment.
- PMP and knowledge of Agile Scrum, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.
- Expertise in Salesforce.gov or Smartsheet.gov or similar PM tools.
- US citizenship required by federal sponsor.
Responsibilities
- Lead definition of project scope, objectives, and feasibility; organize phases and sprints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and documentation; manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Mentor staff, collaborate with PIs/Co-PIs, and coordinate internal and external resources for successful delivery.
