Valiant Technologies LLC in California is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility government IT programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across all phases.

You will manage PAL Level 4 stages, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires extensive federal and agency-specific compliance experience and proficiency with PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with project management tools such asMicrosoft Project,Jira,Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working directly with State agencies.

Familiarity withFederal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)andDOJ-specific guidelines.

PMP certificationfrom PMI (or equivalent).

Agile certification (e.g.,Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or similar).
