Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially in leading, motivating, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, master budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate project reports and reviews at all design phases (conceptual to construction).
• Oversee selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
