Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation (KIC) seeks a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to administer maintenance and asset management within GFEBS. You will coordinate data entry, validation, and reporting for contract operations supporting DPW activities at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.

As the senior GFEBS SME, you will oversee PM planning, work orders, and property records, ensuring labor, equipment, and materials are accurately tracked. Strong Excel and BI reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GFEBS experience on a military installation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting IMCOM, DPW, Army Garrison, or Base Operations contracts.
• Experience with ArMA, work reception operations, and maintenance reporting.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance schedules, asset databases, and BI reporting tools.
• Thorough understanding of Army facilities maintenance operations and PM programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead GFEBS administration for maintenance and asset management.
• Oversee PM planning/execution, work orders, material planning, and reporting.
• Maintain GFEBS roles and ensure data accuracy across the system.
• Coordinate data entry, validation, and reporting for contracts.
• Support PMOs, DMOs, OWOs, PWOs and related cost tracking.
• Generate BI reports and performance metrics for leadership.
• Provide training and guidance on GFEBS to contract personnel.
