Responsibilities

• Turn verbal direction, meetings, emails, notes, and open loops into actions with an owner, deadline, blocker, and expected result.
• Run a disciplined daily and weekly cadence around priorities, active projects, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Prepare concise project briefs, decision points, status updates, and recommended next actions for the CEO.
• Create agendas, project plans, decision logs, and follow-up trackers that make work easier to execute.
• Hold owners accountable for commitments and deadlines with professionalism and tact.
• Escalate missed deliverables, unclear ownership, and blocked work early.
• Coordinate resources to unblock next steps and keep projects moving.
