Job summary

InCharge Energy seeks a highly organized Project Manager III to lead charging electrification rollouts and turnkey electrical installations for fleets. The role focuses on timely, customer-centered delivery with regional travel and close collaboration with the Account Executive.

The role requires field construction leadership, strong safety compliance, and hands-on management using Salesforce, Procore, and MS Project to track progress, budgets, and risks.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of construction project management experience with hands-on field work.
• Engineering, architecture, or construction degree or 4 years electrical construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from assessment through completion with turnkey delivery.
• Manage equipment orders, changes, and sub-contractors per SOPs.
• Provide routine progress updates and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Track schedule, budget, risks, and environmental health and safety metrics.
