Job summary

Integrative Charging seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end deployments of EV charging projects, from feasibility through commissioning and live operation. You will take the baton from the acquisition team and drive sites to live status, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safety compliance.

In this high-autonomy role, you will navigate utility interconnections, permitting with AHJs, and contractor management while building scalable playbooks for future sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EV charging, renewables, or electrical construction management.
• Strong understanding of NEC and ADA requirements.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and evaluate electrical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning and live operation.
• Lead interconnection with utilities and AHJs and drive permitting.
• Manage project budgets with value engineering to protect economics.
• Vet, onboard, and oversee electrical contractors and ensure safety and quality.
• Help build scalable processes and playbooks for future deployments.
