Job summary

EVgo is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects, coordinating across internal teams, contractors, utilities, and property owners to deliver on time and within budget.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure safety and compliance, and manage permitting, contracts, and documentation across nationwide sites. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction mgmt or 6+ with Master’s; or PhD with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV charging construction projects from notice to proceed to handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Manage change orders and contractor negotiations for cost/schedule impact.
• Ensure on-site quality, safety, and documentation for handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, EPCs, utilities, and owners.
