A BS in civil/geotechnical engineering is required, with extensive experience in engineering design and project management. The role emphasizes team leadership, budget/schedule control, client engagement, and regulatory coordination.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of progressively managing complex engineering projects including environmental investigations and design/remediation.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering; advanced degree may count for experience.
• Experience supporting municipalities, EPA, USACE, ANG, Navy, etc.
• Ability to navigate state regulatory approval processes for permitting stormwater and/or wastewater discharges.

Responsabilités

• Manage municipal and federal projects and ensure compliance with Mid-Atlantic and Northeast environmental requirements.
• Perform site evaluations, engineering studies, design proposals, and project execution services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare remedial designs, feasibility studies, and documentation including cost estimates.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
