Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering; MS preferred.
• 25+ years managing complex engineering projects including environmental investigations and remediation.
• Experience with municipal/regulatory permitting processes (PA/NJ/NY).
• Strong technical writing and communication skills; able to interact with government clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage municipal and federal projects across Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Develop design plans, specs, cost estimates, and contracts.
• Prepare remedial designs and feasibility studies; model water quality as needed.
• Support business development and client relationships; represent firm at conferences.
