Job summary

Central Point Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support enterprise HCM payroll work streams, primarily Workday and UKG. You will plan, coordinate, and track activities including requirements, testing, implementation readiness, cutover, and transition while working with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery and adherence to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years delivering enterprise HCM/payroll projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional payroll/HCM work streams with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Strong planning, facilitation, analytical and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex payroll/HCM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday and UKG payroll initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior PM support for payroll work streams (Workday, UKG).
• Develop and track payroll project plans, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate across HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery.
• Facilitate work stream meetings and communicate status to leadership.
• Support requirement definition, testing coordination, and cutover planning.
• Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, and decision materials for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness for payroll.
