Job summary

AFRY USA is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex cross-functional projects from charter through execution. You will define scope and budgets, manage resources and schedules, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with the ability to coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must possess in-depth knowledge of project management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architectural discipline or equivalent.
• Prefer 5 years of engineering experience with 2–7 years managing projects.
• Familiarity with project accounting, estimating, and scheduling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects, manage scope, budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Proactively mitigate risk and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations with authority.
• Supervise project engineers, discipline engineers, and support personnel.
• Prepare proposals, monthly reports, and earned value and resource loading plans.
• Coordinate information flow to the design team and other disciplines.
