Job summary

AFRY USA is seeking a ProjectManager II to lead complex, cross-functional projects, defining scope, budgets, resources, and schedules while mitigating risk to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. This role champions best practices and requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

The position involves supervising project personnel, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring contract compliance throughout the lifecycle. Travel may be required for project assignments.

Qualifications

• Must possess in-depth knowledge of project management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architectural discipline or equivalent.
• Prefer 5 years of engineering experience with 2–7 years of managing projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain project plans and charters.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and costs; produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate contract changes and proposal preparation.
• Ensure documentation of meetings and decisions and maintain client relations.
