Job summary

Tetra Tech in Colorado is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex multi-discipline projects from conception through delivery. You will interact with clients, coordinate teams, and drive scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on quality outcomes and profitable delivery.

A BS in Engineering or BA in business is preferred, with PE/PMP credentials desired but not required. The role offers hybrid in-office work at our Arvada, CO location, regular travel, and opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• Seeking experienced Project Managers with 12–20 years in a similar role.
• BS in Engineering or BA in business or similar preferred.
• PE certification desired but not required; PMP desired but not required.
• Oil & gas industry knowledge or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to completion with client interaction and team coordination.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans for clients.
• Coordinate scope documents, schedules, and budgets across disciplines.
• Use MS Project / Primavera to manage project schedules as needed.
• Support business development by drafting proposals and schedules.
