Job summary

Tetra Tech seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex engineering, automation, energy, and infrastructure projects. You will serve as the main client contact and drive scope, schedule, and budget while upholding quality standards and safety.

Based with and coordinating across engineering, operations, commissioning, and leadership teams, you will ensure projects finish safely, on time, and within budget, with a strong focus on technical excellence and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience as senior technical authority.
• Experience managing client relationships and large project portfolios.
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM and systems integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation, controls, SCADA, OT networking projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and execute project plans including scope, schedule, budgets, risk, and milestones.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams and drive collaboration.
• Serve as the senior technical authority on system architecture and design choices.
• Act as primary client and stakeholder contact, managing expectations.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, and communications.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources; implement corrective actions.
• Manage change control processes and contract amendments.
• Identify, evaluate, mitigate risks; maintain risk registers.
• Ensure information/document management and executive visibility.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Support leadership with performance reporting and escalation of issues.
