You will manage multi-project portfolios, coordinate across engineering, product, operations and supply chain, and drive milestones, budgets and risk plans with transparent reporting. Applicants bring 5+ years of program management, 3+ years in NPD, strong technical aptitude and influential leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years in new product development
• Ability to understand engineering concepts and assess risks
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
• Influential leadership without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex engineering and new product development projects.
• Manage 2-6 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams between engineering, product, operations, and supply chain.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and PMO initiatives.
