Job summary

Weir is seeking an Sr. Project Manager to lead complex engineering and new product development initiatives in the Salt Lake City area. The role is onsite with opportunities to collaborate across global teams and PMO governance.

You will manage 2-6 concurrent projects, drive milestones, and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining transparent risk reporting. Travel may be required, and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in new product development.
Strong technical aptitude to understand engineering concepts and assess risks.
High emotional intelligence and influential leadership without direct reports.
Proven ability to set expectations and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of complex engineering and new product development projects.
Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; manage 2-6 projects.
Run meetings, drive actions, escalate issues; keep stakeholders aligned.
Provide governance reporting to leadership and PMO forums.
Uphold safety first in all activities.
