Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives impacting product cost, quality, and time-to-market. You will drive NPD and VE projects with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations, delivering measurable business results.

The role requires strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders. Onsite work at Galloway, NJ or Bulls Gap, TN with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or related field.
• PM knowledge; PMP, CAPM or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of PM experience in product development, manufacturing or technical environments.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies across teams.
• Manage scope changes and ensure stakeholder alignment before implementation.
• Prepare executive updates and decision-ready dashboards.
