Job summary

E Tech Group in Plano, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead large projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment across multiple phases from design through commissioning.

Responsibilities include proposal development, client communications, cost planning, and risk mitigation while adopting the PMO methods and tools to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in the utilization of project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Proven project leadership on difficult projects and situations.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects.
• Experience with project budget / fiscal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – scope, schedule, cost estimates, PM methodology and pricing.
• Manage Client Communication across all phases of the project.
• Develop project labor and procurement plans to meet schedule and cash flow.
• Maintain scope control and handle Change Orders and added scope opportunities.
• Develop and monitor cost budgets, EAC, EV, and contingencies.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with Operations for optimal resources.
• Present project activity and financial updates to clients and management.
• Adopt E TECH GROUP PMO methods and tools across projects.
• Participate in new PM tools implementation and PM life cycle stages.
