Primoris Pipeline seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead one or more engineering projects from planning through turnover in our Houston team. You’ll drive execution, profitability and client engagement while identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing midstream projects; EPC experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong sales, client development and account growth experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Experience producing engineering and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to optimize resource utilization and execution efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans, client reports and supporting docs.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings.
• Oversee proposal development, presentations, contract reviews and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to pursue new clients and partnerships.
• Oversee all project execution aspects including siting, permitting, estimating, engineering, procurement and closeout.
• Monitor schedules, scope and cost controls; manage forecasts and risk mitigation.
