Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a Project Manager I to assist in planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role supports senior project managers, coordinates resources, maintains documentation, and helps apply company PM methodologies across diverse projects while travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management in construction/heavy civil.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support contract administration and change order management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
• Learn and apply company project management methodologies and tools.
