In addition to technical and operational leadership, this role includes a strong sales component: identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through proposal development and strategic account management.Responsibilities span planning and organization, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and supervision of engineering and design teams.
