You’ll coordinate planning, procurement, fabrication, construction, and subcontractor activities while driving revenue through proposal work and strategic client management. The role requires a minimum 10 years of midstream/EPC project experience, proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a strong sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing midstream projects; EPC experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Successful track record in sales, client development, and account growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to optimize resource utilization and execution.
• Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and client reports.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding services.
• Manage proposal development, presentations, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Oversee project execution including siting, permitting, estimating, engineering, procurement and closeout.
• Monitor schedules, scope, and cost controls; manage forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary client liaison for planning, budgeting, subcontracting, staffing, and compliance.
